The C6 guys have it easy with the C6 Z06 using a factory 3" muffler
system. There are choices on the market for a 3" system already, but C5
guys have had to wait. UNTIL NOW!
LG offers a complete stainless steel 3" rear section kit that is
a full 3" over the axle, into the muffler, and out of the muffler. The mufflers and all pipes are fully polished to a mirror like shine. Your choice of a two-tip or four-tip version. When combined with our LG Pro Long Tube headers you will have a complete 3" exhaust system for your Corvette. All 'Big 3' kits come with the correct adapter to use either your
factory or after-market 2.5" mid section. We also supply adapters that
let you run a complete, un-restricted 3" exhaust!
Dyno Testing has shown +10 RWHP and additional torque gains on
header and cam package cars. More can be expected from higher
horsepower packages.
